key board freezing

ok i am ticked off, I am having a problem with my keyboard, 2nd time, the first time i had to do a factory reset. I don't want to do that again! but when I'm using it to type , on any thing... search, text, facebook etc it freezes up any time I use punctuation, I am an intelligent person and will not go without using punctuation. HELP before I smash my phone and waste my money!!!!

I didn't have the same issue, but, I had other keyboard issues. I posted this fix for my problem here, maybe it'll help you too!!

Okay, I figured this out. Not sure what the problem was, but, I figured out the solution. Go into manage apps, select Multi-touch keyboard. Clear data. Problem solved.
