Keyboard connection scratching tablet?

Hey,

I was at Best Buy the other day and they had the Transformer hooked up to the keyboard. When I undocked the tablet I noticed that there were several scratches on the back of the tablet where the keyboard and tablet come in contact. Is this common with the docking setup? Has anyone seen this? I know that it was a demo unit at Best Buy and I take care of my stuff better than a demo unit. But I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this. Thanks.

i think it was probably more to do with the fact that it is a demo. i have had my TF for about 3 months now; it gets docked/undocked daily, and ive observed nary a cosmetic issue on mine

Thanks. That is what I figured. I am very particular about my stuff too and don't foresee this happening either. I was just curious.

I agree. I've had mine since June and there are some very, very minor scratches, bluray I had tto and llook close to see them when I saw this thread!

I'd rate I as no reason not to buy.
