keyboard frozen for s8

[Android Central Question]

i restarted my phone and my keyboard is not working anymore and i cant put in my PIN pass to unlock phone. what do i do?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean it's not working any more? Does the keyboard come up, but not respond to touch? Or does it not even come up? What if you reboot into Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34283
