Keyboard issues...

It appears the physical keyboard on my Pro has stopped working - specifically the T,Y,U, & M keys. I started noticing it when I tried to type something while the phone was charging, & now it's a constant. Has anybody else seen this and/or can anybody offer some advice? The pro isn't my 'daily driver,' but I'd rather not have it be a paperweight.

Try a batter pull, if that didn't work, reset it to factory settings...if all else fail, get it replaced.

So I totally joined this form JUST to reply to this problem. I think I figured it out. Took like 2 months! lol.

Anyways, I was having the same keyboard problem for a while. I almost ALWAYS have auto-rotation turned off on my Droid Pro, and that seems to be the root of my problem. So now, whenever certain keys stop working, I just toggle the auto-rotation on and use my phone in landscape mode for a few minutes. The keys always seem to start working after I do this. I'm not sure why, but they do.

I really hope this can be of some help to you and others. The Droid Pro really is an awesome phone. Other than this one keyboard issue, I haven't had any problems with it at all since I've owned it.
