Keyboard Laggy Since Update

I'm updated to the rooted version of 605.5 ota.

I've noticed since the update my keyboard (smart keyboard pro) is more laggy and keys are less sensitive to touch.

I've also noticed no improvement in data connectivity or battery life. I'm a lttle disappointed.

Anybody else running into keyboard issues? Restarting doesn't help at all.

Have you cleared the data for the keyboard app? and force close it. Sometimes that fixes these things, also you might need to just remove and then install the app again!

Tried it but no luck...also tried stock keyboard...same thing. I thumb tap rapidly but not THAT rapidly.

I had a few isolated problems before but would fix after a reboot...it seemed to get really bad after the update..I did just uninstall/reinstall smart keyboard pro and redid the calibration and everything seems to be working fine now..

I am stock n updated. After ud keyboard at times would not even appear. Using swype. Reinstalled it was ok but happened couple of more times since
