I can help you, I have a good backup. You will need either TWRP or USB debugging enabled. (There's nothing that can be done without one of them.) I'll upload TWRP to my drive because AA51 is having server issues. (Which is the forum that developed for this device.)

This zip file has TWRP recovery and bumped_boot.img created for the Fuel. It has a locked bootloader so only these images will work because they've been "bumped." The real question is how to flash? Normally it is done with Flashify while in Android. You are stuck at the lock screen though. We can do it through adb, but debugging has to be enabled. Adb is enabled by default in TWRP. So basically, we need you to get USB debugging turned on or we can't do anything. (As a rule, if you root your phone USB debugging should always be on.)
