Keyboard pop up

I'm on my new pie update and all is well except for 2 strange things. 1- when I hit my fingerprint reader to open my phone, my SwiftKey keyboard pops up and down for some reason and 2- I had to re-buy my LG themes. Why?

I'm using SwiftKey and haven't seen any issues at all. Are you saying the keyboard shows up and then goes away on the Home Screen after an unlock?

I tried gboard, and that, also does the same thing. This started with the pie update last week.
