Keyboard with dedicated number keys?

I recently used someone's HTC One with dedicated number keys and was curious how to enable that. I exhausted every option on phone and even checked some of the popular apps like SwiftKey and nothing. Is there an app keyboard with one or an option to enable? Thank you
