As a long time off-and-on iPhone user, I always find stock Android keyboards quite difficult to use compared to iOS. Anybody have any good replacement keyboards other than SwiftKey? I just downloaded Kii Keyboard and so far it seems the best for me but I'm wondering what others have found...

Swype is good.

I actually think the HTC One has an excellent stock keyboard. My wife prefers it to her iPhone 5's keyboard too.

Another vote for Swype. Was already installed on my Sprint HTC One, just had to select it.

When i came from an iphone to android i hated the stock keyboards, although eventually you do get used to them, however since downloading swiftkey i have never looked back, i just love it! There are lots of alternatives to try out though

Swiftkey 3 is what I use and like. Good keyboard.

Swiftkey....you can swype or type, it learns your typing style and phrasing so the predictions after a little while of using it are awesome, plus you can change key size if you have big fingers, and the themes are nice too

I love SwiftKey and swear by it! Many of my colleagues do too. Some are swype fans and I downloaded it from the Play Store today but quickly reverted to using SwiftKey only because it 'understands' my typing style a lot better.

It does boil down to personal preferences so you could try both for a bit before you decide.

Coming from iOS I did not like the stock keyboard. Installing SwiftKey solved that for me.

I use Kii keyboard it combines swiftkey and swype has multiple customization options and has emoji support

Yeah, I've been using that one for the past day and it seems the best, even without the "premium" paid features. Was curious if anyone else had experience with it.

To be honest I find Google Keyboard to be the best with letter pop-ups disabled because they're very annoying.

I've tried many diff keyboards, but always come back to Swype. Just wish it had more skins.....lol

I've been using Google Keyboard and seems like it's far more superior than the stock keyboard. Really intuitive and easier to use than the stock keyboard.
