Kies will not recognize my Galaxy SIII

well my phone is in a reboot loop and i have no way to enable the usb debugging... im so mad

hi. I use these steps but just "wondershare mobile go" recognize my phone and kise wont detect even connection!

Which steps are you referring to? It would be helpful if you quoted the post in question.

Is your phone working normally?
Does Windows recognize your device?
Do you have the correct version of Kies installed?

I tried all the ways like removing battery or rooting but they didn't work. But when I just changed the USB cord and used a different one, it worked perfectly!

Letting Windows install drivers in USB debugging mode, disconnecting, disabling the debugging mode and reconnecting worked a treat.
