Trying to update to ics through kies. It recognizes my device and starts connecting, but then the whole program freezes? Unrooted, any ideas?

It took me a couple of tries. It kept freezing in my Windows 7 laptop.

i ended up using using a friends computer, rooting and flahing anyway lol, dumb kies
