Kinda slow and unsmooth

Its the phone i already replaced 1 droid x2 cause the screen locked up and lagged. now my 2nd phone the speaker is messed up. EFF looks like my 3rd droid x2 in a week will be the charm.

I hope its just froyo not using the full potential of the phone. when playing games and watching movies it does just fine. my problem comes when trying to look at pictures or movies in the gallery (which sucks). it takes forever to load and its very laggy when looking through the pics.

i use advanced task killer to kill apps every 30 mins and sysmonitor to keep and eye on how much ram is being used.

ATK has been problematic for some. Instead, you can use the Task Manager which I believe I saw on the X2. Keep an eye on some of the larger memory users and perhaps add them to the auto-end list. The apps on the auto-end will be killed after two minutes of screen off.
