Looks like Mobile Fun is selling off their stock of Kindle Fire cases and not realising that they also work as Nexus 7 cases:

Kindle Fire Cases :: MobileFun.com

  1. SD Tabletwear Basic (Red, Purple)
  2. SD Tabletwear Smart Case (White, Red, Purple)
  3. SD Tabletwear LuxFolio Horizontal (White, Red, Black, Purple)
  4. SD Tabletwear LuxFolio Vertical (Red)
  5. SD Tabletwear Stand and Type (Black)

I picked up the LuxFolio horizontal and can't wait for it to arrive :D

I tried my Nexus 7 in one of the Kindle Fire cases at Staples and it didn't quite fit. I hope it works for you though.

The N7 is a little bit longer/taller than the Fire so a lot of precision-cut cases will not fit the N7 properly-- not to mention the cutouts for controlls, headset jack and camera will be off or missing entirely...

Just check the product dimensions to make sure double sure or try the case on for size in a store.

I purchased a black, leather-like Targus case, made for Kindle Fire, for $10 at Target. It is snug but works GREAT. Looks great.

I needed a case last minute and didn't have time to order somehing specifically for the N7. I bought the Targus case from Walmart for $10, as recommended above and at xda ( Targus Vuscape Case - xda-developers ). The N7 is a little longer than the Fire, but will fit is at least some of the cases. I'd say if you have the time/patience to order a case specifically for the N7, that would probably be preferable, but in a pinch this is a decent, cheap option.
