I think that's may be pushing it. Seeing how many just received 4.3 it may be some time before 4.4 is released for the S4.

I don't think there has been official announcements related to the 4.4 update. However, I would think Samsung would want to start rolling out updates sometime in Q1 2014 if all goes well.

Samsung should've just skipped 4.3 and upgraded the S4 to 4.4!

You have to wait for it to be rolled out by your carrier, or root your phone and get it that way.

Supposedly the Kit Kat update for the S4 will start rolling out to your mobile providers is Febraury 2014. Then if history dictates, providers will start to release it about a month later if there are no issues. So around March 2014 S4 users will start to see the Kit Kat update. But this is all hear say, don't take my inside info as 100% correct. Just what I have heard.

...and by then a lot fewer will be interested as the S5 will be upon us and they'll have something new to think about.
