KitKat for Canadian Note 3 release date?

Supposedly Monday is the start date of the release with Bell (according to Mobile Syrup).

Just read that...so my Virgin (Carrier unlocked) should receive the update as well...Am I correct?

Bell did not lie, Kit Kat downloading now. 437.05 MB package taking it's sweet time right now. Will update once it finally downloads and installs. Now just waiting for the Kit Kat update for my Note 10.1 2014.

The Rogers update seems to be available as well. I'll download it in the morning.

Download took a good 45 minutes. Installing now.

Installed it and so far noticed much better battery life and runs faster and smoother.

Things definitely feel snappier. Not sure about the battery life yet. We'll see what it gets down to at the end of the day.

7am - 10:40pm and it only got down to 48 percent. I'll take it! I'd also say it was medium to heavy use.

Definitely saw higher battery use at first and needed to install secure workspace from scratch. Updated using Kies when I was at work, today will be the true test on battery life and need I say I am so glad I invested a little more for the N3

I have a note 3 locked to rogers but on the fido network and I noticed the update yesterday (03/18/14). I didn't do the update because of the negative feedback I heard about it (battery drain etc). Anyone have any recent issues?

No complaints here. Overall it definitely seems faster and the battery lasts longer.

I , downloaded the update but whilst it was downloading I wanted to read about the features and learned that it has some problems.

I am with Rogers unrooted and stock. (Intend to keep it this way)

My biggest fear is losing Camera's ability to save photos on the SD card and being able to save media files on SD card. I may have interpreted that wrongly but could anyone confirm this ? Apparently

I cannot save data from the apps onto SD card ?? For example if I am saving something from Zedge would it save on SD or my phone ?

Also, since I downloaded the update can I somehow delete it ? otherwise I would keep getting the notifications of installing it ???
