I think it's safe to assume he is, since this is the MAXX forum section. The Moto X shares the vast majority of its software with the MAXX/Ultra, so it's reasonable to think we could be just weeks behind the Moto X in updates, as we were with the camera update.

I'm using tapatalk. It didn't show what sub forum. But this is good news for sure. I'm sure we're all on the edge of our seats

Ah, I was on Chrome (desktop). I just looked it up on Tapatalk on my MAXX, and sure enough, when in the thread view, it doesn't say where you are, unless you click on the thread name at the top. Then it shows all the forum structure stuff.

I just don't know what to do about all these updates on a Verizon phone. I think I've only gotten one update on each phone I've had during the life of that phone and here we are getting two in a matter of months....

This wouldn't surprise me. But with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, the folks working on it at Motorola (and Verizon) might be taking some time off.

Has anyone heard any updated news on our phones and Kitkat? I am anxious only because I may need to do a factory reset and I would rather wait until after the update to see if I still need to do one. I am still having issues with my Bank of America app.

I haven't heard and can't find anything indicating a specific date. It's probably "soon", but beyond that seems to be anyone's guess. Your call on how long it's worth it to wait in your case.

I have had Bluetooth issues since the last update, keeping my fingers crossed that the kitkat will fix it!
