Kyocera C5170 - Stock ROM?

I have messed up the phone somehow. I attempted to delete the telephony and phone apps using titanium backup. Now it gives me this error "unfortunately settings has stopped" when I turn on the phone.
When I open an app, it says XYZ is not responding.
I cannot go to Play Store.
I'm not getting bluetooth misbehavior (won't pair, settings stops).
