I've been a very happy Echo owner for a while now, never had a problem. Nothing but love for my phone. Until Saturday. Apparently there was some new update on the Echo phones that just got sent out. It crashed my phone and that's why I ended up here. I'm nowhere near a Sprint store and I came to the forum to see if anyone else was having the same problem. So, off I go, gonna surf the forum for other Echo users. See ya.
