kyocera rise c5155 stuck saying "android is updating..."

i have tried everything. for two days my phone has been stuck saying "android is updating... optimizing application 1 of 1". i tried clearing the cache, tried reinstalling some apps to see if it was trying to update some apps that i deleted, restarted phone over 20 times, took out sd card and booted.... and nothing. i am getting really pissed that i cannot use my phone. yes i do have root, no i am not using a custom rom or any advanced stuff, just a density changer that works perfect and rotation locker and some other things. please help.
