"L"

My favorite thing about owning my Nexus 7 is that I know I will be using "L" right away. That makes waiting for my S5 to get "L" no big deal. I think wanting is generally a stronger feeling than having. My apps aren't going to be any different with "L".

Here's the problem:
SERVICE PROVIDERS!

Just got to point out that Verizon was the first (and I think still the only so far) US carrier to push 4.4.4 to the S5. Not to excuse past behavior, but maybe they've turned a corner.

Yeah carriers especially US carriers
In BlackBerry they took 4 months later to release 10.2.1 for bb10 but I think Verizon will make it fast . I personally don't like to wait

Don't know, kitkat update was a disaster, newer isn't always better.

Agree, with kit kat locking down the SD card, it is now useless....

and I am not looking forward to 'L' either.

Having everything locked down means that I can't transfer files to my desktop PC and look at them anymore.

Me too, I just watched a few videos and they are also working on how to make all Android phone's battery life last longer as in affect with the iPhone, I guess.

Secret photo of the original "L" UI

I'm on AT&T and I still have 4.4.2. So I guess we're looking at...say next Christmas for Android L? Lol

Boom! From My S5

I personally would like them to take as much time as they need before they release an update to make sure it works correctly. I'm in no rush.

I'm all for that approach.

I hate OS releases that are buggy.

That is why I am still holding onto 4.4.2 and refusing updates until all of the complaints are taken care of.

That 4.3 update that everybody wanted so badly wreaked so much havoc on my s3. It took a couple small updates to get my phone back right.I'd rather not do that this time around.
