Yeah I don't really wanna go that deep. Ultimately I can only speak to my experience.
It's enough to scroll down a bit here. There's a thread on lag and plenty of people are reporting in.

Yeah I don't really wanna go that deep. Ultimately I can only speak to my experience. There comes a point where you can't even enjoy your own phone cause your so busy into someone else's unhappiness.
That's the double edge sword of these forums. Great for info and solving potential issues. But at a point people need to get off of here and get out and enjoy your device, or return it. I hate getting mired in all the negativity. It skews your perspective after awhile.
I almost gave up my G6 after early reports of cracking camera lenses and blurry photos. So glad I didnt.
I couldn't agree more. I'm not going to mention any names but there are a few participants in this thread who have returned their S8 but continue to post their negative bias towards the device. It's as if they feel the need to convince other users to dislike the S8 as much as they do in order to feel good about returning theirs.
I wasn't going to go there...but you're right. lol it's the same 4 or 5 people in every thread. So much so that when I see its them...again, I automatically keep it moving
After awhile it becomes less a genuine concern, and more of an agenda.
Im assuming you mean me. The thing is: I had three different S8+ and I returned the last one last Tuesday. I tried to make this my daily driver and untried very hard. I still have an opinion on it and as far as I know it doesn't say anywhere in the forum rules that only current owners are allowed to post. Of course, feel free to ignore my posts, but complaining that people don't share your positive views is a bit childish.
