Laggy Scroll in Apps

Hi there, I just got this phone 2 days back and have been using it for a while. I notice that scrolling in apps like facebook, instagram even the google app is laggy and stuttering. In general the scrolling through any app feels slow. I am coming from a redmi note 3 and there was no such lag on that phone. Is anyone else seeing this ?

The one we have has been fine, have you tried changing the transition animation scale to 0.5x?
