Language nanny on SwiftKey

Can you be a bit more specific? What exactly is 'Language Nanny'? I don't see that option (or reference to a feature named that) anywhere on SK's settings or description.

Sorry, Some KB's seem to have a parental nanny control that censors what it deems to be inappropriate in the text. SK won't allow 4 letter words which can be appropriate at times for certain emphasis. I hadn't used it in awhile because it had some issues with double lettering and double words. So, giving it another try on my 10 and it censors words I write. The "F" word typically is swapped out for "CHECK. If I try to delete and force it, it won't let me and goes back to swapping in "CHECK". There used to be a setting (I thought) that allowed any words. Hence the nanny control.

Some keyboards, like Google's, include an option to block offensive words, but I've never seen it in Swiftkey. Maybe your best option is adding those words to your personal dictionary. Tell us if it works.

Might try that later. The HTC 10 keyboard does not have this blocking feature. Not sure about the Google keyboard, I may just switch back to it as I liked it anyway. I recall some keyboards and I cannot remember which ones have a checkbox for parental controls. I thought maybe this was the case with SwiftKey, but I didn't see any such setting.
