Language? What did I do?

Hello all,

I'm sure the answer is fairly simple, but I am lost and after searching the forums, came up a blank.

I DL CM7 stable to my sd card. Everything went well, (except market is so slow I grow hair faster than it downloads), but I installed Swiftkeys and now about 1/2 of my NC is in some language I cant even come close to understanding. I went through the Swiftkey setup- and it is now in US english, but still settings, some icons etc are in an unk language, Any help pls?
