This is potentially embarrassing for Samsung.
While I applaud the upload speeds on 4G, the Epic was crushed by the EVO in DL speeds and the 150kbps cap still shows in this testing. Notice the EVO upload speed however...VERY interesting. I'm beginning to question whether this is a cap or the way the software interacts with Sprint phones because the EVO in my house does not suffer from slow uploads (it definitely beats my Epic).
Most troubling for me though is page load speeds - even on a 4G network, page loads on the Incredible were faster than the Epic on a 3G network. That's got to be a Samsung issue.
