Large battery loss.

Samsung j3 2016. I had a sudden battery loss. On my settings>battery>battery usage diagram the usage slopes down Lorna then at about 60%, it goes straight Down about15%.

What can cause this.

A bad battery can cause that.

It sounds like a dendrite (see Lithium Battery Dendrite links if you're interested). As belodion said, you have to replace the battery when that happens.
