Last second of video and sound cuts out

In the last second of any video in my camera roll or on instagram, the audio cuts out. I've tried clearing the cache in the some of the sound applications but to no avail. Its really starting to bug me because I have videos with twists in the last second so if there isn't sound, I can't know the twist.
Honestly, its just irritating. Its not a massive problem but if someone could help me fix it, I would appreciate it.

I am experiencing the same problem, and it affects both videos on the internal storage and streamed videos

Yea! I've done everything! I've wiped cache twice and launched in safe mode and it still happens! HELP

It happens on saved and streamed videos.

Since it happens in Safe Mode, it's probably either a firmware issue or hardware issue. Try reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch: http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914

It won't let me reinstall the firmware. I follow the tutorial but my phone is fully up to date.
