Use Motorola G5 smartphone. Messages from WhatsApp do not report with sound or enter hours later without reporting. Did sound settings for receiving WhatsApp messages.
What can be the cause of this inconvenience.
Have Android 8.1.0 as software. Recently done update.
Whatsapp once uninstalled and reinstalled, with no results.
