Late texts/not receiving

Just wondering if anyone else has any suggestions

When I first got my Z3 it would either not receive texts, or receive texts but not send out calls.

I figured out I had this issue when I came home and connected to my WiFi and got flooded with text messages that I didn't get throughout the day. But I was not able to make calls.

So I went to the tmo store and they replaced my sim card.
I no longer have issues with calls, but I still have problems with texts.

Any help or guidance would be loved very much thankss

I'd still head down to T-Mobile and have them take a look. Either that, or reset your phone. Good luck

My z3 is coming, this gets me a little worried. Let us know what Tmobile says, hopefully you find a resolution. Please share.

I've read some other forums, including reddit with some group texting issues. From what I read, you need to turn off the wifi calling option to fix the text issue.

I had some issues with calls and texts when I got mine - T-Mobile as well. I ended up turning off VoLTE and it worked for me.

Settings>> Call Settings>> Un-tick "Enable VoLTE"

Reboot.
