Latest System update and software version on my HTC 10

[AC Question]

I'm confused... It seems I am running Marshmallow 6.0 on my HTC One. I had a software update to 1.19.605.22 in May and then another update on 8.26.16 to 1.82.605.6. But there is no record of an update to 1.91.617.1 ever being done. How come it skipped that update???

Is your HTC 10 provider locked or you bought it unlocked?
