Launch hotspot automatically in car

Hi!
Is there a way to automatically launch my Note 8's hotspot when I get into my car (my Note 8 connects to the car by Bluetooth)?

If you connect your phone with your car via Bluetooth, you don't need the wifi.

Why not just map Bixby to do it.

It requires you to initiate it but you could tell Bixby to turn on Hotspot.

And similarly "when disconnected from car" "close hotspot and restart wifi"

So I tried with tasker and it's little more complicated than I want. Download automate, there's actually a profile that you can download that does exactly what you want. Hope that helps.

This is what i use. Works good. You could set it up that when it connects to your car Bluetooth it turns hot spot on, then do another rule that when your phone disconnects from your car Bluetooth it will turn your hot spot off.

Works good. I have it set to turn my wifi on and off in similar conditions so my phone uses my tablets data while in vehicle. I use same program on tablet to auto turn on and off hot spot on the tablet.

Tasker is a good choice, automation with no effort!

I just say "Hello Bixby, Turn on Mobile Hotspot" at it is turned on.

That would mean having bixby on. Auto tasker is easier, I don't have to do anything, it just happens.
