I'm with you on this... I've always used Nova as my go to launcher but I've got a real nice theme going and it had stock Android icons and I'm happy with it for a while. So I have always used Nova Launcher on all of my Android devices and trust me I have had a lot of them.
I have had my S8 for about a week now and I still have no desire to install a Launcher on it ... Anyone else feel the same way.
This phone is so smooth and just works...
I have to agree with you... I honestly don't feel the need to install NovaNever thought I'd say this but the Samsung stock works just fine for me. Maybe one of the best I've ever used IMO.
Yes same here. I don't know why Samsung's icons are so SMALL.TouchWiz lasted less than 10 minutes before I had to install Nova. All because of grid size customization and icon size customization. Samsung needs to put more options in on that.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I suppose the folders are similar to iOS in that you put apps into a folder, touch the folder and it opens up to show you the apps in that folder. All of that happens very quickly for me. The folder opens immediately and I can select my app. I don't see how it could be faster than it is outside of the swipe to open type gestures that something like Nova will allow you to set up. Sorry if I misunderstood your question though.I don't have an s8 but does the launcher still have the same iOS type folders where they open slowly to fuller screen? that's one of the main reasons I use an alternative launcher on my s7 edge as it's just so slow to use folders like that!
Has anyone tried Arrow Launcher?
I am currently using Arrow Launcher on my S8+ — I was using Nova Prime at first but switched to Arrow Launcher and really like it. It doesn't have nearly the amount of customization as Nova but the one thing I do like is it doesn't need an extra add-on for notification badges, it's built into Arrow.
