Launcher Pro lock up

I'm having problems with launcher pro. When i first started using it it was ok. Pretty smooth and a tiny bit laggy. But now it freezes and i have to do battery pulls a few times a day and its laggy as hell. My phone isn't rooted at all although i tried and failed and just left it at that. I've removed a lot of apps as well and that didn't help. When i remove launcher pro or switch to the stock launcher everything is fine and dandy.
Anybody have this problem before or anyone that can help troubleshoot this with me?

That is not launcher pro, unless you are using one of the beta functions/cause stability issues.

I have some of the same problems as the OP. My phones runs great with TouchWiz, and as soon as I use LauncherPro I see some of the same results as chingon. I'm just rooted and debloated, nothing else. No strange apps or task managers running. Mine won't actually lock up, but the lag is horrible. There could be some conflict with an app I have installed, but I have too many to remove them one by one to figure it out. I don't mind TouchWiz, and will wait until the revamped version of LP.

I'm having no issues with launcher pro plus (knock on wood). And I'm using the "experimental 3D drawer".
