Will home replacements work just fine with the webtop?

Webtop is not Android, it is Linux, so no the changes from luancher pro would not deeply effect webtop mode (aside from the window with your phone's screen).

The only change I can think of is the small phone screen looking different and the varying speed changes that come from using the different launcher and layout.
