Launcher won't set as default

Hello I noticed over the past week that my home launcher won't stay set even though I selected "Always". I was told by nova launcher it's a android bug.. But is there a fix for it? I have a blu studio G91 running Android 10. Any help would be great.

Welcome to the forums. That bug affected different brands and the selection for the default launcher usually sticks after a a few tries and restarting the phone. Which Nova version are you using, 7 or 8?

Also, make sure that you select Nova as default launcher in your phone settings (Home app) and in Nova settings (Select default launcher).
