Launchers

I currently have a S3 with Nova Prime and will be getting a Note 4 soon. Using the launcher on my S3 didn't really cause me to lose anything except the calendar widget but the note is a different beast. Since the note has many other functions and abilities, do using nova launcher hinder those functions and the s-pen? Hopefully not, because i got some icon packs that i think will look amazing on the note screen.

The only thing you'll miss is the action memo widget, so on the touchwiz launcher you can write an action memo and pin it to your home screen, you can't do that with any 3rd party launcher. Other than that though, I haven't noticed anything else missing.

When i detach the s-pen i will still get the option to open a action-memo right? That's a bigger deal to me than having the widget.

Yes, air command will still work.

Yes, only difference is Action Memo widget .

I dont care much for the s pen features since i never had to pull out my pen, but I did lose the stock calender widget. I had to download a new calender from Goggle Play.

I'm on Nova Prime and I just downloaded a calendar widget from Google Play.

I still use the stock calendar.

Widgets for Action Memo and My Places.. I use both all the time so they're the only thing keeping me from using a launcher like I did with my S3
