Leather or "Metallized" Plastic?

I use leather when I'm on a date or any special occasion. Plastic back with UAG/Verus case on a normal day.

Are you putting a case on it? If so, then it doesn't matter. If not, get the leather.

Personally I have a case and I still prefer leather. Still looks nice.

Haha good question. And to answer your question no, because my homescreen right now matches with my leather back and my silver/black verus and ash uag cases.

To me it is easier to get the leather back and buy the plastic for a cheap price. But if you plan to put a case on it, get the plastic and buy a leather back later. By the way, cool screen name!

Personally, leather.

I actually have a black leather cover on my G4 and it feels like a premium wallet.

I also particularly like the clean look of it, minus the stitching in the middle.


If you're planning to put a case that covers the entire back of the phone, then go with plastic.

Since you have a case, I would personally say plastic, because there's no use getting a leather one if you're just gonna cover all the leather goodness with a case.

Or at least that's what I'd do. My personal G4 is naked, but I'll probably get a rubber bumper to improve grip.
