LED case muting my S7 Edge

If I receive a call with my Samsung LED case closed the phone mutes itself, although the setting remains on sound not mute. The only way to rectify is to restart the phone.

Help anyone, makes the case useless

Did this issue just start happening, or has it happened immediately on installing the case?

Hi. It worked fine and then I started using an Otterbox symmetry case. Put the LED case back on last night and it now mutes the call as I described. Very odd. I have hard reset the phone to see if that would solve the problem but no luck

Noticed that the muting of the incoming call on the phone app also occurs when I have an app open when the call comes through eg. Facebook. It must be a setting that I have wrong somewhere but I cant work out which one!
