LED flashing

I just woke up and turned on my phone and the green LED flashes every time I turn the screen off. If I uncheck everything in the LED notification settings it still flashes. However if I turn them off it stops.

Uh, nevermind. It stopped, but I don't know why.

Okay, sorry to revive this after saying yesterday it was fixed. I woke up for class this morning again, and my green notification LED was flashing for at least 10 minutes (I don't know for sure because I just let it flash while getting ready) but it stops on its own. As mentioned earlier, it even flashes if I uncheck every box in settings, but if I actually turn of the setting it'll stop until I turn it back on.
Anyone else have this problem? I've been on Google for a while and can't find anything matching my problem.

Is it plugged in when you wake up? If so it flashes green LED to show it is 100% charged. Once you unplug it (after you get ready) it stops flashing. This is what it sounds like is happening to me.

No it is unplugged. I actually had it charged to 93% last night, so I just turned it off when I went to bed.
