LED Notification Not Working and new priority noifications

I have not seen my LED notification light work since updating to lollipop. Is there something in settings for this?

Is it normal when you reboot the phone to start the notifications on priority even when I have set it to all? shouldn't it remember the previous setting?
I have to remember to touch the volume button and adjust it back.

Yes, I'd say it should remember the previous setting. Try a Cache Partition wipe.

To me the bigger problem is the LED no longer letting me know I have email.
