LED notifications

Hey guys,
Does anyone know if there is a way to enable LED notifications for when the phone is actually on?
They work when my screen is off, but not when its on, is this how the photon is or is it just my phone.

Also, I can't believe the notification light doesn't come on when charging. Moto really dropped the ball with the LED stuff, but otherwise I really like the photon.

Any help would be appreciated

Well I know that since Froyo, they changed it in AOSP to not have the notification light on when the screen is on. In CM7 I know you can change this setting, but don't think you can do it with the Photon.

Is there still no way to see that the phone is charging via a notification light? I get a blinking light when i get a new message, but nothing when the phone is charging or fully charged like on my epic...

I'd like to have a LED charging light too when the phone is on and charging.

Its not perfect but the Light Flow app in the market works for me. I didnt know the LED on this could display that many different colors.

As per the manual its supposed to light up blue when BT is on. Has anyone seen this happen? I know the blue led works from using light flow.

I'm using light flow now and can't get to work just right. I set the option to light up when charging and done charging and neither of those options work. I can get the email, sms, and mms to work.

Hi all. According to the Photon users manual (pg 20/sec 2A/Phone Basics)*, these are the notifications the LED is supposed to show. However, I've never seen the Bluetooth connection light and after the latest OTA, no change...no BT notification light.

Light Status Indication
Flashing green New notification.
Solid white Low battery, charging.
Flashing red Low battery.
Flashing blue Bluetooth in use.

Really wanting the BT in use light on the MoPho.

we need the LED notifications. i only get the flashing green notification whenever e-mail or text messages come in. it would be nice for the battery and blue tooth!

light flow does not work with this phone with respect to showing a light when phone is plugged in.
