Lenovo Phone Help

I recently brought a Lenovo A680 from China. recently it prompted me to upgrade the System. I did that. But after 1 day I am now getting a flashing error message "Unfortunately Lenovo Launcher has stopped" it is constantly flashing. I cannot do anything. I tried a hard rest, it still the same. I have also turn the phone on and off, taken the battery out without any success. Please help?
