Lenvo tablet updating says failed" installation aborted" tablet has "root". I bought the tablet before I went into hospital in August spent along time in hospital and never used tablet. Finally started to yet it recently and have had problems since! Because of the time frame I could not exchange product so I continued to try and call with it now I'm currently trying to update system with only a tap on instructions and with no fault of my own it keeps saying it fault and that it has root!!! Looking the problem up I see that I'm not the only unsatisfied customer. Please could someone get back to me with advice, help, or a way I can be able to return product for exchange. Still have receipt from purchase. Thank you in advance Lori
