Just by looking at device care a couple of times per day I have noticed quite a bit lower Ram usage since the update to android 10
Anyone else notice this?

With 12 GB of RAM I never even look or care about ram usage. I never even bothered checking when I had 8 on my N9. What do you have a pixel lol

RAM usage on Android is designed to be as much as possible. This isn't Windows, it's Android. Read https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2010/04/multitasking-android-way.html

As long as you don't get a notice that your phone is out of memory, or running low on memory (not storage - that's not memory, even though a lot of people call it memory), how much memory the phone uses isn't going to be a problem. And with 12GB of memory, it probably won't be for another 5-10 years. (Remember, apps still have to be able to run in phones with 1GB of memory.)

I know I don't need to worry about Ram usage and I don't, it was just an observation that it seems to be using less since the update

This what mine says about 6.4GB dont remember what it was before andriod 10Screenshot_20200109-212410_Device%20care.jpeg
