Quadrants are a poor representation of how well the ROM works in real life. It's inaccurate, it favors one brand of chips over another and is easily hackable. VERY easily hackable.

I've ran Cyanogen(mod), Virtuous Unity, MiUi, and they are super smooth. Infact i feel VU opens and closes apps faster than Cyanogen(mod) but the quadrants are much, much lower.

The only time i use quadrant is to verify the ROM too correctly when flashing after a full /data and /system wipe.
