Let's do it: Post pictures taken with your Droid X!

One of my favorite places to think

The wife and I just got back from our first trip to Boston ..amazing time. The DROIDX really went toe to toe with my canon xs. The panoramic mode is ridiculous.

Those are good looking Panoramic shots. I myself have tried, but cannot get the photos to "stitch" correctly. I guess practice makes perfect.

Okay, I've finally got the camera figured out well enough to produce some decent shots. Here's a few from a recent vacation to Jamaica.

I tried taking some pictures with the Droid X, tried using some of my skills acquired in Photography class, I must say, I'm really surprised on how this came out. Although, some of the cards could use better placement. (I was never really a card player myself)

Those look like models actually the way they are imposed in the image, lol nice. I quickly snapped this lil guy who was born and is being raised in a nest above my front porch light. It's a robin. Been a couple weeks now...

I was lucky enough to be back in Charlotte for work this week. Being a huge NASCAR fan, I went to the Pit Crew Challenge last night. It was a blast! Here are a few pictures from the event:

The final round of the night was between the #48 crew and the #11 crew ...

Chad Knaus (crew chief of the 48 team) was cheering his guys on, but the 11 team was just too fast. Hamlin's team won easily making them the only pit crew in the 7 year history of the challenge to win twice (they won back to back because they were the champions last year).

It was a fun event and something I would love to attend again in the future. I have a video of the last round, but it's too large to upload at the moment. I will try to edit it tomorrow evening and post it.

My local Wal-Mart on a Saturday afternoon. I went picture hunting for people of walmart but didnt see anything good. And I mean that, lol

Hope I get a reply tonight in time. I want to take a new set of pics of my car using my X for the first time at the mall after dark under the parking lot light towers(im assuming fluorescent). What would be the optimal stock camera settings or better yet, Camera360? Im not skilled in this yet.

Ok 2hrs later. I went and took a whole set. Im not posting becuz once again hey came out like crap. The ones I took w stock cam and 360 all came out grainy. The ones I took with vignette demo came out too small at 319x178 so I guess I have to pay to take nice shots I can actually see in a decent size. I really wana be good with taking pics.

Yeah I have Vignette and it seems to do a bit better than the stock camera app in low light. It isn't quite as crisp as I'd like, but it isn't bad and the grain is much improved.
