Overall, ran the jpg through ACR to reduce the color noise, then a contrast mask and a S contrast curve. Burned the asphalt portions and the lower frame foreground. Reduced in size by 50% and sharpened to taste. Just a quick 15 minute edit.

Taken on a Cruise ship.. Carnival Splendor.. I had this as my BG for quite a long time.
