Go to Manage Applications, select twlauncher (or perhaps launcher) and clear defaults. Next time you press the home button, you will be able to set ADW as your default launcher.

Here are mine!!.......Finally!!!! I?m new to the customization world, and had lots of questions about Go Launcher, Launcher Pro, Beautiful Widgets, BeWeather, and WidgetLocker. Lol I use a completely different phone but homescreen stuff is universal so I thought id share... this is all created with UOT and manual editing and pay market apps...

You should all try widget locker (pay app) and everyone should have poweramp (pay app). My gf has a sgs2 and her phone looks similar to mine with a different adw theme... but I've laid hers out the same way.
