ADWEX is a launcher that is themeable. Like Yaboid posted you can install that theme to use the dock and get icons from ICS. A lot of people think you have to leave launchers the way they come. There are many many things you can do with Launchers.

I like my main home screen uncluttered. Live wallpaper is steampunk, found in the market (free). Weather is beautiful widgets, and Circle Launcher for commonly used apps & contacts. Those are almost completely invisible till needed. You can adjust the size, shape, color, and transparency of the icons.
