I have a note edge, Where do I get the custom app icons and wallpapers? I broke the plastic that covers the camera so pictures are out as of right now.

As far as custom designed app icons, you can download a custom launcher like Go Launcher or Nova Launcher that will change the look of your home screen and device. As far as wallpapers, Zedge is a great app for wallpapers.

Another 2 questions
1- how do you change the color of the weather and clock info, I think it's the 1st picture
2- will go launcher give me a bunch of pop ups I read on here that people are getting pop ups.

Well Dan, as far as the weather and clock info, the only way you can customize the color and look is to either:
1) Get a custom launcher (like Go Launcher or Nova Launcher),
or
2) Download a custom weather and clock app (like Beautiful Widgets, HD Widgets or Fancy Widgets). The one I use is Fancy Widgets, and it lets you change the color of the font in it's own Weather and Clock widget, complete with a ton of clock skins and Weather Font skins.

That's my home screen. As you can tell, red is my favorite color!

The screenshot of my home screen has my Weather and clock widget on top, complete with weather animations enabled (which is optional).

As far as Go Launcher and having pop-ups, I am not too sure on that, as I personally don't use Go Launcher. But I haven't heard much noise on that front.
